In contrast, feeling completely aligned with one's emotions reflects a state of congruence, where one's self-perception aligns with their emotional reality. Rejecting feedback from others or achieving goals without effort does not necessarily speak to the concept of incongruence, as these scenarios do not involve a mismatch between self-perception and reality in the same way that incongruence does.
